Enlightened Training service includes everything you would expect from a top class training company. Virtual Training - we design and deliver any soft skills event for you to be delivered virtually in a way that suits your needs. We ensure that the correct approach is designed for you - modular approach, bite-sized session, whole day events. Whatever you need, we design. All our events are highly engaging and interactive, so that the participants have a memorable experience and can put their learning in to action straight away. 

We design anything from a one-off event to a full development programme - spanning over many months. We work with you to understand your need and then recommend the perfect approach.

Face-to-face Training - as with virtual training, we offer bespoke face-to-face training. This will be a very immersive event, often with a 'business game' as part of it, so the event is very engaging and memorable. We offer this to any world-wide location and will always design culturally appropriate learning. 

eLearning - we love taking eLearning to the next level, by designing highly interactive and immersive sessions. We love to hear your creative ideas and add to them to take them to the next level. We make this an enjoyable experience for the learner, so they look forward to the next topic or module. We create this to be compatible for mobile devices and laptops (without losing any of the creativity and interaction).

Above all, we ensure that the learning makes a real difference, so will always talk about the evaluation process, so that all learning can be fully evaluated to prove the success.
